The foam seal on the outer edge was glued on crooked, making the filter unusable. It should not have been shipped

This filter is the exact duplicate of the HEPA filter that it replaces in my Sears canister vac!! And it was a lot cheaper too!! Very happy with this purchase.
HEPA Filters for Sear Canister Vacuum
I bought this filter because I purchased a Sears canister vacuum principally to pick up dog hair in the house. My wife is allergic to dog & cats, and we have to have effective filters to ensure that pet hairs and dusts are not blown back into the rooms. I wanted to buy filters from the local Sears stores but the store did not have any on hand. We are happy with the way the vacuum and the HEPA filter are performing.
