Irritating
It may sound petty, but this microwave is very irritating. After it finishes cooking, it beeps to indicate it is finished. Then every 2 minutes it beeps again until you either open the door or touch the programming pad. I make tea all of the time in my microwave. After it is done I leave it in the microwave for 5-10 minutes to finish brewing. This thing keeps beeping every 2 minutes to let me know that the tea is still in there brewing. I have to go over, open and then close the door to stop it from beeping. What a pain.
Also, after less than one week of use, the light inside has already burned out. The instructions say that to fix the interior light I have to return the oven to the DEALER! Why do I have to ship an oven that weighs over 35 pounds to the dealer in order to replace a light bulb when the bulb lasted less than one hour of cooking time? Quality assurance sure doesn't seem to be apparent when a light that is only on while the microwave is actually cooking has a...
Disapointing
This is a very cheaply constructed microwave. It is loud, slow to start up, and tends to burn foods when using the preset buttons. I'll be surprised to have it working another year.
I'm not sure how they can call it "Stainless Steel" because there is no stainless steel on it. It has two chrome strips on either side of the front, a chrome handle, and the rest of the unit is painted a light gray.
Broken from day 1
Very disappointed with this microwave. Bought it for my son's "Man Cave" and he was thrilled. Popped one bag of popcorn, burnt. Tried adjusting the settings and now it won't cook anything. Planning to return it and purchasing another brand. Stay away from this microwave.
