Wish I had thought of this first
This product works. However, with a little bit of time, thought,and stuff around the house, I could've done it myself. Inside are two foam pieces (don't throw out your packing material from other things you have bought!). You basically enshroud the faucet in the foam. Outside, it's essentially a plastic bag with a rubberband! So, look aaround you and use discarded stuff yourself. If you don't want to do that, buy this cover for a coupla bucks.
