the light bulb pull chain turns on the light
I live in the South and so there is a ceiling fan in every room. I had fan pulls with pretty geodes but I could never remember which was for fan and which was for light and it seems like I always picked wrong. After watching my parents struggle with the same thing I decided that I would label the pull strings but it looked... not so great. So then I thought why not a pull string that blatantly symbolizes which is for which? First I was going to get one for the fan and then I realized nothing was simple enough that everyone would get the message (plane, cloud, blue, snowflake?) Then I thought why not get the sun for the light, but I didn't like the set I found because I don't need a moon. Then I saw this light bulb and it was such a simple and direct symbol I knew that no one would ever have to pull on those chains 5 times again. One more of life's little frustrations solved.
Just in case the makers of this product ever read this review; If I had found a spiral halogen light...

I really do love the look of this pull chain. Could you, however, make it a little lighter (weight). It it almost too heavy to use.
Very cute...
This is very cute, but a bit larger than I expected. I do love the whimsy and being able to spot the correct fan chain instantly.
