Item Shipped And Arrived In Very Timely Manner
Had a problem with wands purchased with the original Kenmore vac. Was told by this supplier that a modification has been made to eliminate this problem. This sounds feasible and time will tell. I am satisfied so far with the purchases.
Not able to return defective product after two months use.
I purchased this replacement Wand June 16. A couple weeks ago I noticed the attachment was falling off and found the retaining button did not fully stick out. I had to be very careful making the attachment button stick out.The spring was weak. Today August 19th, I tried to return through Amazon but the system says I can't process a return now. I am surprised I can't process a defective unit return for exchange. I expected warranty 90 days to a year. I have only had the wand about 60 days. I uploaded a couple photos showing the problem. If I can't complete return of the defective product I will not buy similar products from Amazon or the original seller MoreQualityLessMoney.
Good Product
Liked the wand other than the buttons on the wand are flat on top making it difficult to remove from the attachments and handle grip. Where the Kenmore wand had rounded release buttons. Would have like to been able to just purchase a ribbon cable for our existing telescoping wand at a much lower cost.
