Bad Product
Cheap Quality product and Charcoal falls off as soon as plastic wrap is opened. Came via postal service in the yellow cover and the product was twisted to fit in the mailbox.
Arrived promptly
It arrived as promised and packaged well. It was stronger than the one I replaced having protective grills on both sides of the media, but the charcoal wasn't as thick as the replacement, so a plus and a minus. The size was correct and I didn't have any problems in installing it.

so far so good! we bought the house with the microwave already there, so we are still learning about it. so far this filter seems to work just fine.
