Comes with New Filter
I received exactly what the package described - 3 bags and a new filter. I was happy to find this combination set for such an old vac. The filter I have on now is nearly disintegrated and I had given up on trying to find a replacement. Great buy.
Recommended, no issues
This will be short, it's a replacement bag for Dirt Devil vacuums, it's OEM, it works, no manufacturing or quality issues. If your vacuum uses this size, I see no reason not to get it. As long as my Dirt Devil continues to run, I will get these replacements. Thanks to Amazon for making these so easy to acquire, would have had a hard time locally, otherwise.

it fits my Royal vacuum that cost $500 in 2001.
The vacuum i use Royal Red traditional like Kirby vacs....that sell for $2K, but mine was $500 and included a small canister vac with extension tubes. Actually, these bags are for the small giveaway canister vac but the same form and brand for the larger Royal vac.
The only thing i do not like about the Royal is that it is very heavy and hard to push compared to todays filterless dyson type vacs which are very easy to push around the house.
